Shital was born in Jalgaon district in the year 1982. She completed her graduation from North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon and post-graduation from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has been actively involved in social Activities from her college days. She joined AAIRA Foundation in 2016 and was an active member in the foundation, its smooth functioning, organization of different activities and also the overall development of the organization.
